For canvas orders within the US, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 business days of purchase. 

CANADA ORDERS

All ARTNA canvas art is handmade at the highest of standards. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to helping all customers with any issues that may occur. In addition to this, we offer a 1-Month Warranty for FREE.

With the 1-Month Warranty, we warrant this product against failure due to any defects in materials or workmanship under normal product use and maintenance. All warranty periods begin on the date of original purchase and are in effect for the duration of one year. If a canvas fails, breaks, loosens or tears over time due a defect during the applicable warranty period, ARTNA will provide a new canvas of the same design, size and options, at no charge. Alternatively, ARTNA will allow a credit in the amount of the original sales price to be applied to the retail purchase price of a new ARTNA product. Except as otherwise stated herein, those are ARTNA’s exclusive obligations under this warranty for a product failure, and those obligations do not extend to damaged products caused by customer mishandling. 

Customers must notify ARTNA by emailing CONTACT@ARTNA.GALLERY of any defect or complaint with the product, stating the nature of defect or complaint, providing photos of the defective product, and making a specific request for replacement of the product under warranty.

Return Policy

For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30-days from the delivery date to start a return process. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.

To begin your refund process, please contact : contact@artna.gallery with your name, order number and reason for return.

In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our ARTNA Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.

All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.

We understand that many art enthusiasts from Asia, Africa, and particularly Morocco may feel left out, and for that, we sincerely apologize. As ARTNA is dedicated to modern Moroccan art, it’s especially disheartening for us not to serve Morocco directly at this time.

The main reason lies in logistics. Our current shipping facilities are located in Canada, Latvia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Australia. While this allows us to offer free shipping across Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand, shipping to Africa and Asia—especially Morocco—would result in costs exceeding €100. This would make our starting price of €49 for premium canvases far less accessible, which is not aligned with our mission to make Moroccan art more approachable and affordable.

However, we’re actively working on solutions to expand our reach. Morocco is at the top of our list for future expansion, and we’re determined to find ways to serve this cherished market. Once we establish a printing and distribution partner within Morocco, we’ll not only be able to serve Moroccan customers at reasonable prices but also use this as a gateway to extend our reach to the rest of Africa and Asia.
